House
Heart House Franciacorta is an elegant, exclusive villa nestled in the heart of Franciacorta. It enjoys a breathtaking view of our olive grove and vineyards in the area. We are surrounded by a 16,000m2 park, nature is the protagonist and guarantees peace and tranquillity.
The structure is on two levels, the flat at your disposal is on the first floor and measures 200 m2, it is for your exclusive use, you will not have to share any room with other people
Rooms
The house has 2 bedrooms, both air-conditioned and equipped with a large wardrobe. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.
The living room has 2 sofas and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 adults, for a total of 6 guests.
An extra bed can be added on request. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge.
Location
You will have at your disposal a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, such as crockery, appliances and utensils, as well as a pantry with our own oil, salt and spices.
In the back, you can use the barbecue.

The villa has 1 very large en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and 1 outside bathroom near the pool also with shower.
Outdoor parking is available as well as a garage with one parking space.

Exteriors
The villa has a swimming pool with diving board, 12 m long and 7 m wide with a height ranging from 1.5 m to 3 m. A whirlpool, sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are available. The outdoor lights come on automatically at sunset.
At the back you will find games for fun, such as table tennis, table football, darts, and 2 mountain bikes. Inside the house, on the other hand, checkers and chess.

- Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00
-Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

- Quiet time slot from 23:00 to 7:00

- Animals are not allowed
​
- It is not permitted to organise parties or events, and to let extra people into the facility than those staying
​
- Any request in this regard must be approved by the management.
​
- Behaviour that does not comply with these rules will be sanctioned.
Services
- A cleaning service is provided for stays longer than 3 nights.
​
- Towels will be changed every 5 nights.
​
- Bed linen will be changed every 7 nights.
​
- Daily pool cleaning service in the 6:00-7:00 time slot.
​
- For any doubts, requests or needs, we remain at your disposal both before and during your stay to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
